MKF LIDER visited hardworking family Muratović from Visoko, 3rd Prize Winner in the Competition “Our Treasure 2019”

Muratović Admir and his wife Samira have been holding a registered farm in V.Srce since 2015. Admir’s story is inspirational and motivating. Considering that he had been employed for a long time in a private company doing mostly field work, and spending short time with his family, he encouraged himself and decided to start his own business to ensure a better quality of life for himself and his family.

Admir inherited over 40 ares of land from his father, and he decided to use this inherited fortune and begin agricultural production. His first greenhouse was made of wood, in which he planted the tomato “Volovsko srce”, generating the first profit for Admir. Since then this greenhouse remained in excellent shape. After a wooden greenhouse, he was encouraged to expand production, registered a farm called “Volovsko Srce” and bought five more greenhouses. Today Admir cultivates almost 50 different products and sells all products to small shops, groceries and to neighbors and acquaintances. The plans of the Muratović family are big and certainly for the praise. They plan to preserve autochthonous sorts of fruits and vegetables, as well as to start the production of juices and jams.

Admir won the third prize for the greatest number of likes by facebook users in our competition “Our Treasure 2019”.  MKF LIDER wishes a lot of success for this young and hardworking family who has decided to stay here and build a better tomorrow for themselves.
