Microcredit Foundation Lider<\/strong><\/a>, member of AmCham BiH, joined the initiative promoting principles of business integrity and transparency. AmCham BiH, in cooperation with the Center for International Private Entrepreneurship (CIPE), organized the official signing ceremony of Business Integrity Principles in Sarajevo. MKF LIDER<\/a><\/strong> attended the signing ceremony<\/p>\n\n

\"Joint<\/figure>\n\n

This event of high importance, took place in the US Embassy in BH and gathered companies committed to respecting the highest standards of ethics and transparency in business. Partnership with the US Embassy emphasized the importance of anti-coruption campaign and recognition of efforts put by the companies committed to these principles.<\/p>\n\n

Business Integrity Principles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Companies signing the Business Integrity Principles committed themselves to the following:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Complying with the laws of BH and avoiding knowingly assisting any third party in violating any law of BH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Upholding contractual responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Following the fair competition laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Treating partners with fairness, respect, and good intentions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Avoiding cooperation with persons and companies that are on the lists of sanctioned persons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    These principles, clearly defined and communicated, will support building up the culture where transparency and responsibility are highly valued. Communication of ethical standards may enhance trust among employees, clients, partners and other stakeholders, as key basis for longstanding success and reputation of the company.<\/p>\n\n

    Companies endorsing the initiative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    More than 6500 employees of companies endorsing principles have been informed about their importance. Besides MKF Lider the following companies joined the initiative: Addiko Bank d.d.
