Pašić Maida from Sarajevo members of the Lider’s family

We bring you an interesting story about young courageous and hardworking Maida Pašić from Sarajevo. Maida Pašić lives in Novi Grad Sarajevo, with her husband and four minor children. Her husband is a full-time employee, and Maida, wanting her children to eat healthy and homemade food, encouraged herself and started her own production of fruits and vegetables, primarily as a hobby. She bought herself a greenhouse and started producing smaller quantities of vegetables and fruits, from which she started making juices, jams, ajvar and other pickles. All her products are being sold, most of it to her colleagues, who were delighted with the delicious local products. Ms. Maida said that, her colleagues had given her a “wind in the back” as upon their advice, she registered an agricultural farm and started producing vegetables and fruits in larger quantities, not just for her own needs.

Today, Maida has a small “magic garden” where all kinds of vegetables and fruits can be found. Maida Pašić is LIDER’s partner since 2008., when she needed the financial resources for buying the seeds. Hardworking Maida continues to be a successful partner with LIDER, because as she says, “LIDER is a true partner who follows my needs and has a very friendly and professional staff.” Maida has taken new loan from LIDER to expand production by buying another greenhouse, because the market is big and her domestic products prices are really acceptable.
